REFUND POLICY

Overview

At SLUTees, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward 14-day refund policy.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Process

  1. Initiate a Return: To start a return, please contact us at sluteesuk@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your item. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Return Shipping: Once your return is approved, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  3. Inspection and Refund: Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are exempt from being returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for the same product, send us an email at sluteesuk@gmail.com. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Late or Missing Refunds
